Costa's Food Market was started in 1920
as a little neighborhood store at
513 South Third Street in Camden, NJ
by Theodore S. Theodoris &
Constantine "COSTAS" S. Theodoris.
The store moved in 1929
1100 South Third Street.
Since the 1950's, Stelio Theodoris became the second generation family owner.
After many years in Camden, in 1967 the store was moved to 5708 Westfield Avenue in Pennsauken, NJ.
In 1989, Costa's Food Market built a
16,000 square foot supermarket, where Stelio's son, Ted, became the third generation family owner at that time.
